Global Entrepreneurship Week Rochester 2025 (GEWROC) is a four-day, city-wide celebration of the founders, supporters, and organizations building Rochester’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. From November 18–21, 2025, entrepreneurs at every stage will come together for panels, workshops, tours, wellness experiences, and networking across multiple locations in the city.

Hosted in partnership with a wide network of local ecosystem builders and support organizations, GEWROC is designed to give you real tools, visibility, and connections—not just inspiration. You’ll meet funders, advisors, and peers, discover programs you may not know exist, and plug into a coordinated support network focused on helping you start, grow, and sustain your business.

Event Dates
November 18–21, 2025
Daily programming runs approximately 9:00 AM–4:00 PM at venues including Connected Communities Neighborhood Hub (616 North Goodman Street), the ROC Economic Development Center on Lake Avenue, M&T Bank City Center, and NextCorps at Sibley Square.

What to Expect Each Day

• Tuesday, Nov. 18 – Start-Up & Early-Stage Day
  Focus on new and aspiring founders, with sessions on business basics, local resources, and a city bus tour highlighting innovation hubs and small business corridors.
• Wednesday, Nov. 19 – Growth & Expansion Day
  Designed for founders ready to scale, featuring conversations with banking and funding partners, spotlight stories from growing local businesses, and practical guidance on expansion.
• Thursday, Nov. 20 – Entrepreneur Wellness Day
  A full day centered on mental health and well-being for business owners, with a wellness expo, tools to manage stress, and resources to help entrepreneurs build sustainable habits.
• Friday, Nov. 21 – Exit & Succession Day
  Tailored to established owners thinking about legacy, transition, or sale, including speed advisory sessions with legal, financial, and succession-planning experts.
