EXP Studio Reservation Waiver

This Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between EXP Studio ("Studio") and the undersigned individual ("Participant") in connection with Participant's reservation and use of any of the studios owned or operated by EXP Studio.

1. Assumption of Risks: Participant acknowledges that the use of the Studio facilities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, risks associated with the use of equipment, potential accidents, injuries, or damages. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to use the Studio facilities at their own risk.

2. Release and Waiver: Participant, on behalf of themselves and their representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharge, and holds harmless EXP Studio, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or related to Participant's use of the Studio facilities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

3. Indemnification: Participant agrees to indemnify and hold EXP Studio, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to Participant's use of the Studio facilities or any violation of this Agreement.

4. Compliance with Studio Policies: Participant agrees to comply with all Studio policies, rules, and guidelines as provided by EXP Studio. Participant understands that failure to comply with these policies may result in the revocation of their access to the Studio facilities.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EXP Studio is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

6. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Responsibility for Damages: Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for any damages caused by themselves or any individuals they bring with them, including guests and/or clients, during their use of the Studio facilities. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold EXP Studio, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from such damages.
