STUDIO SUBSCRIPTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please allow up to 24 hours for your subscription benefits to be activated in the booking calendar system. To speed up the process, first make sure you are registered in the booking system using the same email tied to your subscription. Then, text/email us proof of your Skedda email with proof of purchase (a screenshot or copy of your plan receipt) via text (5853487141) or email (contact@expstudio.org) . After we verify it, we will respond with “All Set” meaning the benefits are active in the calendar.
‍_{Limited Time hours are monthly per active subscription — Limited Time Bonus hours can't be scheduled past your subscription renewal date. Launch Season Ends: September 30 at 11:59pm.

What if I reach my booking limit (quota)?: Studio Subscription bookings have a multiple quotas (per day and month). Additional time must be booked by contacting EXP Studio via text (585)348-7141, email (contact@expstudio.org), or simply ending your session when ready after your quota have been reached (any additional time will be billed at the booking calendar rate due at the end of the session at checkout).

I want to Upgrade/Downgrade my studio subscription(s), what should I do?: Do not upgrade/downgrade your subscription yourself — it will result in an instant charge (instead of being a prorated charge that takes affect during your billing cycle). We recommend upgrading/downgrading by contacting EXP Studio via text (585)348-7141, email (contact@expstudio.org), or via the contact form (for the "this is a..." selector, choose "studio subscription plan change" and add additional details.
