Ace Russell is an innovative multipotentialite and creative developer with a true passion for entertaining and developing innovative solutions to any problem. A polymath with a focus on UX/UI Design and Digital Technology, Ace brings his vast knowledge of design/dev, tech, streaming/eSports, marketing, e-commerce, gamification, and multimedia arts to the team. Ace is a Founding member of EXP Studio, LLC, and has experience working in higher education and design/tech agencies. He has been a co-founder of a game development startup, worked as a freelancer, recreation center staff, competitive gaming team manager, and now career coach. Ace holds a B.F.A in New Media Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology and lives to help others advance and achieve their aspirations.
